Managed the 7.5 million rebuild of the manufacturing, office, engineering and laboratory facilities including equipment specification and procurement. 
Achieved Tier 1 approval to supply safety system products to Daimler Chrysler and Volvo without having to obtain formal QS approval. 
Successfully achieved FDA and UL approval of the Companies products for portable defribulator applications. 
Increased the acceptance levels of finished goods from 70% to 98%. 
Improved on time deliveries of product from 40% to 95% (measured against automotive standards). 
Managed the successful technology transfer of products from the USA to the UK and increased the performance of the products. 
One patent listed for use of rechargeable batteries down hole.

Implementation of Lean Six Sigma Techniques. To improve systems and generate work instructions, documentation and procedures.
