Present. Manufacturer of aircraft tyres. 
 
Working on a short term contract as F.L.M. in the supplies dept; running 4 cells. Extrusion cell where the tyre treads are extruded operating right first time & running O.E.E. for the first time in this cell. Cold Feed Extruder where the tyre Side walls, Apex, Filler, Small treads & chafer components are extruded. Running SPC on a newly developed radial. Bead cell were the steel beads are wrapped with rubber impregnated fabric & the apex is fitted & the Banner cell where rubber covered fabric is cut to size to be made up into the carcass of the tyre. Dunlop is employing people with automotive training to apply the automotive systems in the manufacturing of aircraft tyres & improve manufacturing processes, due to the tyres been manufactured in the same way for the last 50 years.
