Achievements:
My biggest achievement this year was to be nominated for the Corporate Hero Award for Passion for our people. This was presented to me by   Baker-Head of Corporate Sales. I have just recently been nominated Ambassador for People.
I have organised several events for my sector head,   Cook, this has been from arranging International training events where 6 different countries came together. 
I was also involved in the New Commission Scheme role out. I have also be co-ordinating the feedback from customers for the new CQI programme, this also involved arranging the monthly meetings, and going to meetings with key players from across the business.

Achievements
Since working at Vodafone Corporate, I have been widely praised internally and externally for my customer focus. This resulted in my manager nominating me for an “Unsung Hero Award”. I have also had vouchers and an extra day’s leave through a customer's request for my continued hard work and dedication on their account. I was nominated for the Insight Programme by my manager due to my high achievements, this resulted in me going through a selection process and I was successful in obtaining a place on the programme.

I worked at Vodafone Pay As You Talk through Brook Street Job Agency in Newbury, Berks.
My role at pay as you talk involved general aspects of customer service to satisfy customer queries. This included dealing with customers over the telephone, answering a variety of questions regarding the Vodafone network, handsets operation, switching networks and assigning new customer accounts.
