Enabled computerisation of the satellite office whilst ensuring compliance deadlines were met.

Director of Tax: - Controlling all tax matters in both Cheltenham and Bath offices; dealing with a broad client base in the UK and Internationally. Working closely with three partners and ten staff to maximise potential, liaise with other financial service providers and introduce new clients to the business. Using management skills to: improve efficiency, interview, select and train staff, improve morale and forge strong working relationships. Acting as Director of ten in-house companies.

Trusts. Took on and office with an array of difficulties left
behind by predecessor. To quote Simmonds, “Brought
peace and order to an office previously in chaos” – a
challenge met with determination, tenacity and a methodical
approach. In the midst of this closed a 2 year old investigation,
regarding a directors’ perceived car benefit, within 2 weeks of
taking up post.
