Community Based Meter Reading Team Leader - Principal Responsibilities and Key Duties:
Community based, customer focused team leader responsible for the Veolia Water team of 16 DLO meter readers tasked with the Monthly, Quarterly and ad-hoc reads for the whole of the Veolia Water Region. Day to day tasks include ensuring that the team have the necessary tools, equipment and relevant training to obtain customer meter readings in a consistent manner, whilst working in a safe way. The role was as a team leader of a group of 6 Customer Service Technicians. Providing a field based technical response to customer enquiries and complaints to some of the large towns in Hertfordshire including Stevenage, Hitchin, Royston and Letchworth. The main responsibility of this role was managing all aspects of support to the water supply network, for example:
