CAREER HISTORY

PA to Superintendent. Daily duties involve diary management for 5 people to include emails and appointments via Outlook, I Minute meetings which are followed up by production of a Decision Record and Action Spreadsheet, for numerous pre-scheduled meetings during the year. I have sole responsibility of arranging Awards Evenings from booking the venue and caterers, to submitting invites, preparing powerpoint presentations and then attending on the day to ensure the smooth running of the event. Other aspects of my work involve audio typing, excel spreadsheets, hotel bookings, responsibility for Planning Chief Officers `on call' duties, management of annual leave. I am also a Volunteer with Operation Guardian and once a month go out with the police visiting members of the public to enforce trust and confidence within the community.
