Achievements and responsibilities:
Working as a Sales Manager consisted most importantly of driving sales, management of up to twenty staff at a time, monitoring and improving staff on their sales techniques, multi million pound B2B communications and smashing KPI targets within the store. An example of driving sales and high performance would be KPI results of 01/12/09 - 25/12/09 our busiest period raising 30% year to date with 20% less staff expenditure whilst I managed department. 
I have been doing the Sales Manager job role for just under 3 years.
Before I progressed to the Sales Manager role I was a cycle specialist. The role gave me the opportunity to teach others from the country with training classes I had set up to successfully give techniques in sales to deliver the benefits between different models, ensuring customer service was impeccable. I initially worked as a sales advisor within the store however quickly progressed as I had a great passion for sales.

Achievements and responsibilities
Evans Cycles had weekly cash targets that had to be met; this consisted of a strong drive on sales and attachment ratios. I was very keen to take on new challenges as well as using strong interpersonal skills. Evans Cycles helped me to improve to a high standard of instructing and guiding employees when in a shop supervisor’s role for the jobs that were required to be done to ensure the efficiency of the shop floor. Prioritising and delegation was absolutely imperative in this role. 
I moved to Manchester from November 2007. This experience was a big change from living at home; this gave self motivation and gave a more down to earth approach to life as well as enabling me to interact with a new team.

Achievements and responsibilities:
During school I wanted to do something more than just structured education in place. This would give me a better incite into what I wanted to do in the future.
When working for Mann and Co I had to help with the advertising and promotion of the estate agents, this consisted of working directly with leading members of staff, brainstorming new ideas that would enhance and improve people’s opinion of the company when looking into the property market. With new ideas and designs in place, going door to door to tell people about the company was critical. 
 
Conclusion:
To conclude my employee information I have summarised my capabilities as a candidate who is exceptionally good at working within a managerial, team or independent situation, eager to settle into a new career environment and go beyond expectations.
