Establish Project Management Office(PMO): Key figure in establishing the processes and documentation of PMO. Establishing project management life cycle with team input as well as key figure in establishing the processes for Change Management, Risk Management and Issue Management. Tracking and documenting all processes and maintaining the directory of templates, including version tracking and creating templates for distribution across Avis Europe IT.
