• Productivity increase: 18 to 26 pieces / people / hour in a Kaizen workshop (operators in motion) • Standardization workshop: 4 types of carts ! 1 cart • Savings of 100K! / year thanks to the flat stock • 90% of the work stations with frontal supply The number of breakdowns / shift decreased by 10% The improvement was a success, Danone decided to extend it to the rest of the line (19 ovens)
