PROFILE 
I have proved within my previous and current job roles that I am an efficient office manager that can free directors from a whole range of responsibilities. I produce and manage the monthly and year end accounts, run the monthly payroll and manage all general company administration. I have successfully completed a number of training courses and have advance knowledge of using various computer systems including Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll. I excel as an officemanager and have created the effective running of offices both in the computer software and utility industries. I am extremely reliable, good humoured and hard working. My experience ensures that I work well either as part of a team or individually, can carry out important tasks unsupervised, am able to adapt readily to change and respond well to challenges. I have learnt to use my own initiative a great deal and found that I am able to pick up new concepts extremely quickly. Responsibilities: 
Timely preparation of monthly management accounts up to and including the balance sheet; including all journal adjustments and regularly liaising with the directors to report on the company’s performance 
Ensure the company is up-to-date and compliant with all aspects of employment law 
Actively manage credit control; ensure all debtor and creditor payments are accurate and promptly received and paid, analyse financial data with the aim of reducing outgoing company costs and produce cash flow forecasts 
Manage and run payroll; including all statutory payments, calculate and process all payments to HMRC and journal all payroll entries in the accounts 
Manage all HR issues such as: flexible working requests, staff attendance, appraisals, contracts, leavers, new starters and all statutory leave 
Produce VAT Returns and reconcile numerous bank accounts 
Actively manage accounting records including: sales orders, create and process sales and purchase invoices, authorise and process expense claims 
Actively manage the allocation of software licensing 
Create and implement all policies and procedures to ensure the company is complying with statutory law and, design and distribute new staff contracts to existing and new employees 
PA to the directors; diary management, arrange meetings including travel arrangements, reply to emails and post on the behalf of the director and typing relevant documents as requested 
Organise and manage the efficient running of the company and all administration of the office
