Managing 8 sites worldwide and an IT team of 9, I am responsible for the implementation and maintenance of ERP manufacturing, finance and information management systems. Additionally I am accountable for a 1 million pound IT budget and answerable to the board on various special projects out with the IT department, including group wide key performance indicators and quality assurance.
Major Achievements
Delivered and implemented an IT strategy for the business that supports the over all business 5 year plan to allow 40% business growth without increasing headcount.
Project managed 1.5 million pounds head office redevelopment.
Reduce headcount in key areas of the business with smart and automated systems such as payroll, customer services, expenses, and digital authorization.
Managing an additional team of 4 from various departments within the business, I oversee quality assurance at head office in a quality manager role for the ISO 9001:2008 standard which has included implementing quality systems in Ireland and the Czech Republic.
