Responsible for the maintenance department staff and services. All company plant, equipment, buildings / grounds and utilities. 
Introduction of asset management database, to enable Pareto of plant associated cost, workload utilisation/ historical data collection, labour utilisation and parts used. 
Deployment of business strategies in line with company goals. 
Ensue all EH&S statutory compliances are met. Management of any EH&S issues. Responsible for the successful introduction of dynamic risk assessment, permit to work system and control of contractors policy.
