I am in constant communication and liaison with the Community Mental Health Team, Social Workers, the Mental HealthPsychiatric Units and continually attend CPAs, medical reviews for service users and record minutes so that support plans are kept updated.

Organized and familiar with all the QAF policies and procedures for guidance, information and reference to work to required standards of supporting people. Raised the standard of the Health and Safety Files with supporting evidence required to raise the project to a standard B level.
All Service User Support Plans are well labelled and well set out to meet the standards and I ensure that work with customers, is recorded and typed and signed by the customer.
Have been a Healthy and Safety Key Person, and raised the standards of health and safety so that both staff and customers are synthesised to H&S principles and all monitor and report hazards. Proficient in running an office and able to deal with contractors and other service providers.
