Other Activities My main passion is working on computers. I have various computers at home which I have set up a connecting network. I also take great pleasure in learning how to use new programmes. Experience RA Plumbing & Gas March 2010-Present Job Costings Manager My main duties are logging all works carried out, parts used and employee time taken. This allows us to assess the costing of each job. Then I collate this information onto spreadsheets for each employee to create an accurate profitability assesment. I have enjoyed this job as I have found it mentally stimulating. However, I now wish to relocate to the Bradford area with my partner, whom works for Hallmark Cards. Nottinghamshire County Council (Key Personnel) HR Health and Safety Department/Magistrates Court/Notts County Council/ Parent & Pupil Services Sept 2008 - March 2010 Admin Assistant Whilst with for Nottinghamshire County Council (Key Personnel) I worked my way up through various departments. I was, however, made redundant due to government cutbacks. Duties - Checking and correcting a large spread sheet. This task included; taking any incident reports that had been put onto the online system, then finding and amending the relevant information of the cause of the incident. Once this was completed I was then asked to input the new contact data into an online contact system - Organising and archiving all paper incident reports from the mid 1980’s until 2004. - Copy Typing. - All types of computer, telephone and general office duties. P G & E Services LTD June 2006 – March 2008 Job Control Manager/ Systems Technician D uties - Speaking to customers, insurance companies, housing associations and suppliers over the phone. - Ordering parts. - Entering details onto the system and general filing. - Input all jobs into SEC and update all customer records with regards to the parts and work carried out. - Dealing with very difficult situations over the phone. This included helping distressed customers who had to deal with water or gas emergencies. - Using Sage Line 50, inputting onto the sales and purchase ledger, creating credits etc. - Copy typing. - I also worked on Sage payroll for wages.
