As a Hays Consultant, I was responsible for contract and permanent recruitment within the Public Sector Services across Sydney, specialising in Development. I built up a contract desk to $18,000 in 5 months. Placing around 12 contractors into the Government sector. I also made 2 permanent placements in the 5 months which equalled a total of $18,500. 
 
Duties Include:
 
Account and relationship management with line managers within the NSW Government sector which included regular site visits 
Provide consultative advice on all aspects of recruitment and other value added services provided by Hays including online advertising and salary surveys

In this role I was responsible for contract and permanent recruitment for the telecoms sector across the UK. Working with a global workforce I delivered specialist telecoms candidates to our corporate clients.
 
I managed the Ericsson account which involved building long term relationships with exisiting accounts, and delivery of candidates to specific requirments within demanding timescales. I negotiated rates and recrutiment timeframes to suite key Stakeholders. I also grew our client base through new business development calls within the IT sector. 
 
In the 6 months I was at Project People I built up a desk up to 20,000 in margins. I placed 15 RAN Engineers and 2G/3G Field Engineers into contract roles within Ericsson.
 
Duties Include:
 
Candidate phone screening, behavioural interviewing, online technical testing (examples of work/documentation) and reference checking
Online advertising (Project People Website, SEEK, MyCareer, Monster etc)
Resource allocation of rightly skilled candidates to each role (skill matching)
Project budgeting and forecasting in Excel format
Client site visits for job briefings including budget allocations
