In this role I was responsible for contract and permanent recruitment for the telecoms sector across the UK. Working with a global workforce I delivered specialist telecoms candidates to our corporate clients.
I managed the Ericsson account which involved building long term relationships with exisiting accounts, and delivery of candidates to specific requirments within demanding timescales. I negotiated rates and recrutiment timeframes to suite key Stakeholders. I also grew our client base through new business development calls within the IT sector.
