Looking for a challenging position of the Sample Financial service Consultant Resume the reputed University with a view to use my wide experience for the benefit of the organization.
I am an experienced educationalist with particular expertise in the areas of Literacy, Numeracy and personal finance education. I have broad experience of working with learners with special educational needs and have a specialism in dyslexia. I have management experience gained in large educational institutions.

The last of these entailed delivering face-to face and distance learning. I also delivered national training for Skills for Life Practitioners in Embedding Financial Literacy into Language, Literacy and Numeracy.

Quality consultancy and training at Oakhill Secure Training Centre, HMYOI Huntercombe and HMP & YOI Reading. I devised and delivered a number of bespoke training programmes for each of the three institutions, including, for example, induction for Learning Support Assistants, diagnostic assessment, preparing Individual Learning Plans and writing SMART targets for learners. At Oakhill STC, I conducted a curriculum review and training needs analysis and developed a training plan. I reviewed and made recommendations on accreditations that were offered to trainees. I observed all of the teaching staff and worked with individual teachers and teams to develop their Schemes of Work and Lesson Plans.

I introduced the Skills for Life initiative into the prison, bringing in the new curricula, levels and qualifications. I was responsible for strategic and operational developments, staff development and quality assurance. I was also responsible for co-ordinating and developing dyslexia provision. I had a reduced teaching load and taught both within the Education Department and on the Wings. I resigned the post to take up the position with NRDC, but continued to work at Aylesbury as a part-time sessional lecturer until May 2003, when NRDC asked me to increase my hours.

Whilst training as a teacher and Basic Skills specialist, I worked, as a part-time tutor, for a number of employers including Adult Continuing Education and Christian Foundation. Prior to that whilst studying for my degree and raising my family, I worked, for several years, as a Special Support Assistant in a local primary school.
