My role as a File Preparation Clerk within the Criminal Justice Unit involves registration of charge files onto our in house systems which connect to the court booking appropriate court dates, transcribing of interviews, compiling exhibit lists, typing witness statements and victim personal statements, using PNC, keeping to very tight deadlines and dealing with highly confidential information. I feel I have a lot of transferable skills from this position and am of the highest integrity.

I have been working as a Rural Social and Community Programme Administrator since November 2005 and have covered all aspects of office and clerical work as well as working to very tight deadlines. I have on many occasions worked alongside field staff to co-ordinate their community events and have co-ordinated my own project at County and National level. I feel I have outstanding experience within an office environment and very easily adapt to new and challenging roles. I work very well with people of all ages and all levels of staffing.

Receptionist and Sales Office which involved imputing orders and raising invoices, credit and delivery notes, responsible for allocating stock location and quantities for the warehouse, dealing with customer enquiries with both trade and public as well as dealing with import and export with our overseas suppliers. I worked on reception with the switchboard and gave full administration support.
