Regular liaison with the Site Director and Site Finance Manager with reference to business performance and opportunities. Budgeting, Forecasting and month end accounting.
Implementation of stock and purchasing controls as per company policies.
Maintenance of live Inventory on all trading units on EPOS.
Ensure all orders are transmitted to suppliers.
Review all orders for reasonableness and accuracy and monitor stockholding.

Validation of waste and transfer documentation on a sample basis to monitor accuracy of the system.
To ensure stock takes are taken in accordance with company policies and procedures by department and category.
Review and investigate and resolve any discrepancies arising on stock takes.
Supervision of control clerks working on inventory issues.

I am a very helpful, supportive understanding individual with a very high standard of communication and natural interpersonal skills. I can competently make decisions in difficult situations and under pressure, whilst always been committed to providing the best quality service.
My approach to work is flexible and have the ability to adapt to new situations and gain knowledge quickly to fulfill a role.

I am an excellent time keeper with good time management skills as I often have to work to deadlines; throughout my current role I have achieved excellent results to significantly reduce stock losses across all the businesses I manage.
I have also supported the site as Finance Manager for the past 8 months, where I have liaised regularly with the SiteDirector to improve site performance. Within 3 months audit results improved considerably through my influence of Unit managers and hard work and determination.
I have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I utilised these on a daily basis producing reports, statistical information and presentations.
