BOOK KEEPING & IT: 
familiar with Sage 50 Accounts computerised and Manual Bookkeeping using Big Red Book and Sage 50 Accounts Software, responsible for input of Purchase and Sales Ledgers, Bank Reconciliation, Controlling Nominal Ledgers for a variety of small to medium trades including Landscape Garden Companies, restaurants and other businesses. Competent with Microsoft Packages. Email and search literate. 
 
WAREHOUSE AND STOCK CONTROL: 
Experience of buying, purchasing and stock Ordering from suppliers, stock organisation and maintenance to maximise available storage space. This required the ability to organise and prioritise workload as well as meet deadlines. 
 
COMMUNICATION 
Have the ability to communicate at all levels using several mediums As an Assistant Manager with 'Head in the Clouds' I was responsible for Liaising with couriers for delivery and despatch of goods using several mediums including telephone and internet, as well as speaking to customers and addressing any queries they may have which was a similar role when working for J Sainsburys PLC for 8years which was very much a customer services role. Working for Cork Bookkeeping services I had to visit small business clients to liaise with there Accounts Department to process their Accounts which included a variety of businesses from Garden Maintenance companies to Car repair Shops. A variety of companies but the Bookeeping and Accounts were the same principals. 
 
ADMINISTRATION: 
familiar with process delivery documentation including processing relevant paperwork such as invoices and despatch notes/ goods inward paperwork. Familiar with filing, faxing, photocopying and have the ability to carry out all administrative tasks.
