Responsibilities:
Responsible for a diverse team of 12 direct reports at various ranks. Undertook all Performance Management aspects including interim and year end appraisals, objective setting, training, and mentoring officials for promotion/ transition in to new roles.
Working with Operational Teams to continually review and challenge and ensure compliance procedures were being followed.
Development and implementation of new compliance procedures, working closely with the EBS Group Compliance Officer and Anti Money Laundering team.

Key achievements:
Completed a full review of the Compliance Department and was integral to the merging of two teams which lead to cost savings and efficiencies within the team including the use of implementation of new information systems and a “paper free office†to assist with greater efficiency and improved data protection.
