Overseeing the recruitment and interviewing of Interviewing of new Staff including GP’s, Locums, all grades of Nurses, Allied healthcare professionals and HCA’s. 
Business development and resourcing for clients looking for permanent healthcare staff. 
Account management including out of hours shift booking.
