The Company operates in Underground Mining Machinery and surface mining equipment. It manufactures underground and surface mining equipment for the extraction of coal and other bedded minerals. It also offers comprehensive service location near mining regions. 
 
Roles and Responsibilities
Created and maintained user master records. 
Display roles and profiles of users upon request
Perform Modification and up gradation to already existing Roles 
User administration and adding authorization to users 
Monitoring and controlling active users 
Locking and unlocking mass users 
adding the roles, profiles to the users upon request
Managing transport request in Q
Used transactions SU53, SUIM to troubleshoot authorization profile problems.
Background jobs management like checking the status of background jobs, scheduling background records.
