PROJECT SUPERVISION
Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC) – RCT:
US Software Export Board working under ministry of IT launched a program for the top officials in the field of quality management to get them COPC certified. Keeping in view the high certification cost , PSEB subsidized this program by the I was nominated by Voxel Communications to attend COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center) Registered Coordinator Training and returned as Certified professional.
ISO 9001:2000:
Voxel is the first call center to adopt and apply ISO 9001:2000 quality standard and is also the first Pakistan based call center that has a redundant call center in India. I played role of Management Representative in developing, implementing and auditing of Quality management system in Voxel Communications. I have defined SOPs for all the major processes and those were certified by the International organization for standardization. I was lead auditor during internal audit of whole quality management system.
Call Center Industry Advisory Council (CIAC)
Call Center Industrial Advisory Council is one of most effective Certifications for efficient running and managing operations of a call center. Presently I am trying to get my organization CIAC Certified.
