Ensuringpayrolls are processed in accordance with current legislation, and submissions to the Revenue each month are completed on time. Reconciling and sending end of year P35/P14 returns to Revenue ensuring deadlines are met. Liaising with Revenue on behalf of clients where they have queries, and also to set up new PAYE schemes etc. Talking to clients to give a best service and advise where necessary.

Liaised with IT to ensure package complied with JS pay procedures, and with JS Depts, store staff, personnel, IT dept and Cyborg employees. Project completed on time, and no major problems with accuracy of pay
Depot payroll (8,000 employees): unionisation of depots created additional complexity and required payroll staff to provided with training manuals and training in union negotiated pay structures
Homebase payroll (12,000 employees) – transfer to JS Cyborg payroll: managed single- handedly every aspect of the development, test, migration and staff training
