Designed and implemented the Operations Strategy Programme Management Office (PMO) including application of project management controls including the creation and, risk and issue management which facilitated the successful delivery of the projects within scheduled time through transparent consistent programme controls. 
Compiled a Capital Expenditure (Capex) cost model for all work streams, splitting costs into work activity& resource profiles, infrastructure procurement costs aligned to programme level requirements & the collation of high level risks and issues.
