Responsibilities:
Management responsibilities for Team Assistant
Brand guardian for the One Housing Group, One Support and Arlington brands, ensuring adherence with our guidelines across all publications and collateral
Work with all business functions across the Group to actively promote their work to stakeholders and partners
Produce printed publications, such as annual reports, annual financial accounts, resident newsletters and stakeholder e-newsletters
Copywrite content for customer and corporate facing publications and communications
Build and maintain good relationship with stakeholders, residents, staff, design agencies and other external contacts
Manage internal communications across the Group including the delivery of the first all staff conference, the development and implementation of a new intranet
Manage all press and media enquiries to actively promote the organisation’s work through pro-active press and minimise negative press
Organise and run events and launches including opening events for new schemes, corporate lunches, charity days and partnership events with councils and other partners
Manage and control budgets for all projects and assist with yearly budget bids
