Checking departmental and shift claim forms against clock times on old system, Kronos, and ensuring only authorised overtime hours remained on these records for upload to payroll system.
Recording holiday and sickness/absence hours correctly for appropriate pay.
Liaising with shift managers to resolve any queries on absence or overtime entitlement.
Entering holiday booking information to system for record of remaining entitlement.
Producing weekly reports from Kronos for checking overtime and shift allowances are to be paid correctly, and to enable cost checking by accounts department.
