Studio Front Office Executive - Yell Apr 2010 – Sept 2010 
Worked along side the Process Development Manager to set up the new Digital Front Office Team, helped to implement the transfer of all UK Studio work including, Manchester, Scarborough, Bristol & Birmingham) being off shored to two Studios set up in India (Hyderabad & Bangalore). This new Front Office Team was the Bridge between the UK Yell sales force and the offshore Studios in India. 
 
First point of contact for all Sales Enquiries via telephone and email 
Tested all new digitised software ensuring it was efficient and effective to carry out daily tasks
Selected to train all new employees on how to use new digitised software
Designed and produced documentation of all training manuals
Monitored work flow between off shore Studios, alerted managers of problems, used Excel and SAP
Worked in partnership Reporting all with IT Service Desks to report system issues / errors to correct
Liaised with off -shore studios to ensure prioritisation of urgent sales work
Escalated all sales complaints to appropriate Managers and filed all complaints in the complaints log
 
Studio Administrator/ Sales Support Administrator Sept 2003 – March 2010
 
Worked in the Art Department where Yellow; provided general support to Graphic Designers & Studio Managers ensuring smooth running of the Studio on a daily basis, as well as working alongside Sales Teams and Sales Managers, processing large quantities of sales orders and ensuring their orders were completed within the studio timeframe to ensure they meet their scheduled appointments with their customers and dealt with a broad range of sales enquiries. 
 
Managed timescales Reports / Studio pipeline report – using Excel, SAP and in house databases
Provided general support to Studio Managers & Graphic Designers
Worked in partnership to ensure Graphic Designers had sufficient work load and the work was evenly distributed to match skills and timescales
Outsourced work to UK Studios including; Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester & Scarborough tracking the status of all work to monitor that all Service Level Agreements were maintained
Liaised with all UK Studios, via telephone and email to track work and improve team working
Uploaded & Updated Sales Reports using Excel - which was an essential tracking tool sent to all Sales Managers – often worked to challenging deadlines and had to “chase” to get the required information 
Processed large quantities of Sales orders via telephone and manual paperwork ensured all data entered was accurate as it was essential for client billing
Dealt with all sales enquiries often having to calm irate customers when the sales team had promised timescales that could not be guaranteed
Updated Sales Consultants address database – often very large files some 600 consultants 
Requested to update and the departments’ intranet site
Selected to support the launch of the telephone visual service in 2006 to all sales regions
