Investigated, resolved and closed >150 aged debit interest items within a 1 month period. 
Reduced State Streets monthly debit interest reimbursement liability from >USD3,000 to >USD 600 within a 4 month period. Achieved by retraining offshore associates and providing support and daily monitoring, motivating the team to meet set targets and Service Level Agreements. 
Analysed, investigated and resolved >500 Investec Expense Account cash reconciliations items within a 3 month period. 
Implementation of a new reconciliations and reporting process for the Investec Expense Account. Continued support after migration back to the offshore team. 
Set up and implemented a new procedure to make physical cash payments to Clients accounts. 
Reduced the debit interest liability by desktop monitoring of the JV to ensure appropriate action on high risk overdrawn accounts. 
Developed a positive working relationship with >14 Syntel joint venture staff in India by providing first point onshore contact support via Office Communicator, desktop sharing, email and telephone.

Analysed, investigated and resolved >1,000 high risk AXA / RBS Futures cash reconciliation breaks dating from 2006, 2007 and 2008 within a 9 month period. Prepared detailed weekly forecasts of State Street's liability for senior management. 
Supported senior management by actively participating in the training of joint venture colleagues from India in cash reconciliations and investigations, then providing continued training and support after migration of tasks to India. 
Supported management during transition by providing ad hoc assistance reporting and investigating aged Investec debit interest claims. 
 
AXA Trade Support - cash processing. October 2008 to December 2008 
 
Working in a high volume environment (numbers varied daily between 100 - 250) within the cash processing team to input AXA Stock Lending and cash payments onto HSBC Net and JPM Access. These were received throughout the day up to 2pm and had a turnaround deadline of an hour after receipt. 
Supported team members by assisting in the checking, verifying and input >500 AXA Life Unit Trust cash payments into HSBC Net within a 3 hour deadline. 
Completion of daily stats for reporting to AXA. 
Supported team members by covering Trade Capture input when needed.
