Online Sub-editor: Responsible for all online content. This was done to daily and weekly deadlines and with adherence to house-style. Online copy was often written by freelancers for whom English was not a first language and would often by received at very short notice. Some magazine work was also required.

Community Services Planner: Responsible for using a variety of databases to ensure that Care Staff were efficiently deployed in the field and that all Company/Government procedures were adhered to in the very sensitive care environment. An Enhanced CRB Clearance check was required and obtained before commencing the role.

Data Entry Analyst: Responsible for editing and quality-checking client files that had been created abroad. This was always done to a very tight deadline and involved communicating with all levels of management.

Liased with directors, designers, distribution and research associates at all levels on a daily basis. Work is in accordance with strict design specifications and always to tight deadlines. Transfer Project Coordinator: Duties involved liaising with staff from all levels of the business and establishing the nature of, cleansing and re-organising existing data for the transfer. Much of this had to be coordinated at management level and involved detailed documentation (both written and edited) and presentation/design work.

Scriptwriter and Location Coordinator: Worked on a project for a company of London Film School students. Aided in achieving permission for location work in a foreign country, reaching finance schedules and writing/working with six other associates.

Assistant Office Manager: Duties involved instructing and aiding all daily office administrative tasks from diary management and scheduling meetings, minute taking, diary organisation and writing and design of corporate material for marketing events.

Editor for GartnerConsulting: Duties involved proofreading and editing complex technical data for a variety of European consultants. Documents ranged from ten to two hundred, a great level of tact and diplomacy was required in the editing process.

Freelance Print Editor: Responsible for typesetting and editing text for five different professional educational channels. The position involved ensuring that copy from the channel contributors was ready to be sent to print on a strict monthly deadline. This meant that copy had to be monitored and updated regularly and that careful rules of liaison and administration were adhered to.
