Also, throughout my time in this position I have had other responsibilities including taking inbound and making outbound phone calls to customers and internal departments, taking debit and credit card payments and up-selling direct debits to customers. Within the past eighteen months I have been involved in various levels of floor support, being the senior team member helping other staff members with any help they may need. I have also recently been identified and encouraged to pursue other roles within the company including senior management and training. ï‚• T.H.E. Distribution Centre, Wolstanton  January March 2006 Within this role a distribution picker I received orders that were received from clients and was expected to use my own initiative to find and select the correct items quickly and efficiently, and then send them to where they needed to go. ï‚• Music Zone, Potteries Shopping Centre, Hanley  December  January 2005 Sales Assistant  Main duties and responsibilities in this temporary position involved serving customers, answering and customer enquiries, answering the telephone, cash handling, opening and closing the store, stock replenishment and merchandising. This was my second time in this position (see below) and I was occasionally entrusted with cashing up, keyholding, being responsible for the running of the store briefly when the manager or assistant manager was absent and was given a supervisory role.

I moved to Bedford for university and Wilkinson were more than happy to accommodate my request for store transfer.
 
Education History I attended St. Peters C of E High School, Penkhull and achieved nine GCSE’s (A* - C grade) including maths and English. After this I attended the City of  Sixth Form College where I gained three A levels including psychology and physical education.
 
Interests I have a great interest in film, watching many at the cinema and at home. I enjoy cooking and trying new experiences in the kitchen, reading, writing and playing and watching sports.
