Looking for a challenging position of the Controller Resume the reputed University with a view to use my wide experience for the benefit of the organization.
With the extensive experience I have gained in the fields of both administrative and accounting duties, coupled with my strong written and verbal communication skills, I am confident to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. I also have the ability to deal with the demands of a fluctuating workload. Over the past fifteen years, I have worked at a senior level within W & G Baird Limited. During this time I have proved my ability to work on my own initiative as a trusted employee.
I have a strong interest in computers and have substantial experience of both P.C’s and Apple Mac’s. I have experience of all aspects of computing from spreadsheets and databases to word processing.

Main Duties
Maintaining all files, records and keying of works documents onto Company Management Information System (Pecas Vision II). Experience and working knowledge of preparation of statistical, graphical and financial reports for the Board of Directors and preparing and completing client accounts. Clearance of purchase orders. Estimating of tender submissions within Estimating department. Invoice accurate documents to clients. I have also experience in credit control and the managing of sales and purchase ledgers. I work with Excel, Word, Outlook Express and Eudora. I help implement and carry out administrative functions deemed by the Works Director and Sales Representative including the processing of confidential reports and meetings. I have over ten years experience in the role of managing accounting systems, processing accounts both customer and supplier. I process invoices and payments accurately and on time. I possess impressive communication skills and the ability to manage a successful team.
My current role involves the responsibility for maintaining and reporting invoice processing performance metrics and liasing with other internal departments such as Purchasing, Goods Inwards and occasionally Paper Stock Issue Reports. I believe I am suitable as I can ensure all deadlines are met in accordance with agreed timetables, maintain and promote customer relationships, manage complex issues, have a strong customer driven focus and can demonstrate experience leading and motivating a team towards defined goals. My aims and plans for my future career to move into an exciting and innovative organisation with excellent prospects.
