Looking for a challenging position of the Computer Skills Resume Example the reputed University with a view to use my wide experience for the benefit of the organization.
Having returned to Ensors (full time) in 2007 I resumed my role as engineer at the companies packaging plant working on thermoforming vacuum packers, MAP (modified atmosphere packing) tray sealing machines and a wide range of machinery involved in meat processing and packing.
My role in this position entails emergency breakdown cover in a FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) environment where down time must be kept to a minimum as the goods in question are perishable. Preventative maintenance is also a key part of this position, I am currently implementing a CMMS (computer maintenance management system) within the company to give an accurate schedule of preventative maintenance and keep records of breakdowns for the many audits the company has to comply with.
This position demands electrical, electronic fault finding, pneumatic basic PLC and hydraulic skills to be used in the varied tasks involved in this job.

Position: Maintenance Engineer
 
At Mabey and Johnson I was employed as a shift maintenance engineer working both day and night shift. My role in this employ was as a breakdown engineer having to deal with electrical mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems on a wide range of machinery for example industrial welding robots large drilling machines and gas profile cutting machines.
The position also involved keeping records of breakdowns using Shire Frontline maintenance software and ordering spare parts necessary to get machinery back into production as quickly as possible.

Working in a team of two maintenance engineers I was joint responsible for preventative maintenance and breakdown cover as well as installations of new machinery between two of the companies sites. In February of 2003 I was put in sole charge of the company’s new packing plant working on a variety of machines for example thermoforming vacuum packing machines.
Within this position I had to use electrical mechanical and basic pneumatic skills on a varied range of machinery all of which were vital to the process of the product so a fast response and results were imperative to the job.
I also had to ensure that paper work and records were kept up to date for the many audits that customers enforce upon the company.
