Use of the BAE Systems Dedicated Manufacturing System(DMS) up to 17 aircraft.
Created and embodied unplanned work packages into DMS.
Use of electrical wiring diagrams, aircraft drawings and maintenance procedures.
Investigated shop floor engineering problems and provided solutions.
Vetted and forwarded engineering queries to BAE and incorporated the responses into the engineering programme. Consulted BAE directly on urgent matters.
Maintained spreadsheets for monitoring the embodiment of engineering queries and responses.

Embodied modifications to Tornado GR aircraft electrical installations.

Embodied modifications to Tornado electrical installations for BAE Systems as a member of a civilian working party. Extent of work was similar to that shown above. Employment ceased due to lack of work.
Shift Supervisor (Royal Air Force) (Tornado F3 aircraft) 1997 to September 2005
Extensive experience in managing a workforce of 90+ technicians within a time critical operation, including administrative and engineering matters.
On a weekly basis, organised the shift manpower such that there was a balance of qualified tradesmen throughout all trades, yet all other duties were covered including concurrent tasks at different locations. Controlled the holiday rosters.
Held responsibility for Quality Assurance and Health & Safety matters for the shift. Conducted quality audits as laid down in the Quality Manual.
Good interpersonal skills, worked with a variety of people from different cultures, sometimes in arduous conditions.
