I am an experienced Administrator, who for the last nine years has worked for a large multination organisation within the publishing industry. My job comprised project managing current and future publications from start to finish, including budget control. I am capable of communicating with all levels of an organisation, whilst building effective working relationships and negotiating cost savings of around 12%, to keep within a tight budget. Methodical and proactive, I have turned around the fortunes of underperforming projects. I am able to work to strict deadline and am known as a can do person. Incunabula Collection: The Printing Revolution in Europe, 1455-1500 
Online correction of Incunabula Collection; 
Making sure that at the end of the sixth quarter, all subjects proofread, corrected and recorded on database. Reported incorrect consistencies; 
Organisation of all projects both present and future, books and instructions; 
Communicating with all colleagues and clients using telephones, e-mail, letters & face to face; 
Managed all project invoices making sure invoices and material matches; 
Liaised with Government institutions to promote closer working, best practice and knowledge sharing to resolve issues, such as reducing filming error rates by 99.9%; 
Worked closely with the editor on selecting and requesting unique books from libraries around the world such as The British Library, Oxford Bodleian, Cambridge University and Library of Congress USA plus some European libraries; 
Using 35mm film camera these unique books filmed then sent to Micro Format System (MFS) in Holland where the films converted to Microfiche; 
Quality control (QA) of all microfiche returned from Micro Format System before publishing; 
Creating & updating the database, which documented the different works completed and needed to be completed.

Microfilming books to their requirements using the company in house format, processing, proof , duplicating, splicing, & quality control (QA).
